Encrypted in transit and at rest
All traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS and stored data is encrypted at rest by our managed cloud provider.
Row-level security on every table
Each database table enforces row-level security so requests are filtered by the signed-in user and their organization.
Organization isolation
Customer, member, location, and document records are scoped to the owning organization. Cross-organization access is blocked at the database layer.
SOC 2 — in progress
We are working toward SOC 2 Type II. This page will be updated when the report is available.
GDPR-aligned data handling
We honor access and deletion requests, including the right to deletion within 30 days of a verified request.
Built-in security operations
Video surveillance
ConnectPros supports RTSP/HLS streams and major camera brands. Staff can view live grids, search motion events, trigger snapshots, and activate emergency recording.
Intercoms & remote unlock
Video intercom calls can be answered, declined, or used to unlock a door remotely. Calls and unlock actions are logged in the security audit log.
Perimeter sensors
Door, window, motion, gate, glass-break, and fence sensors can be armed, disarmed, and escalated to threat events. Quiet-hours and after-hours rules are supported.
Threat command & evacuation
Active threats can be reported with location, evacuation routes assigned, safe status tracked, and shareable links generated for law enforcement.
Visitor kiosk & watchlist
Front-desk check-in screens visitor names against the organization's flagged-visitor watchlist and issue visitor passes. Parent-authorized pickup passes can be scanned for child release.
Security audit log
Camera, intercom, unlock, and threat events are recorded per organization. Admins can filter, search, and export the log as CSV or PDF.
Role-based security staff
Organization owners and admins control which staff can view cameras, view intercoms, unlock doors, and acknowledge events. Permissions are enforced server-side.
