Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ConnectPros (the "Service"), operated by Bot Master Pros LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Organization admins are responsible for the accounts they invite.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
  • Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, degrade, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Harass, threaten, or send unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content through the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
  • Use connected third-party data (including Google Classroom data) in violation of the applicable third party's terms.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you and your organization submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

4. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services (for example Google Workspace and Google Classroom). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

5. Fees

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing intervals, and refund policy (if any) are presented at the point of purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of paid features.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. THE SERVICE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES; ALWAYS DIAL 911 (OR YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY NUMBER) IN AN EMERGENCY.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOT MASTER PROS LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bot Master Pros LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Customer data privacy

Customer workspace data — including CRM records, contacts, deals, notes, documents, call recordings, emails, tasks, and AI conversations — is private to the customer's workspace. We do not share, disclose, or make one customer's workspace data available to any other customer. Access within a workspace is governed by the roles and permissions the customer configures.

13. Anonymized aggregate use

We may use anonymized and aggregated customer activity data to operate, secure, and improve the Service — including training and generating AI scores, conversion statistics, market trends, best-contact-time analysis, benchmarks, and product improvements. Aggregated data is stripped of identifiers and never identifies a customer, their contacts, or their individual records. Aggregate insights, models, statistics, and derivative works produced from this anonymized data are the sole property of Bot Master Pros LLC.

14. Uploaded documents

Documents you upload to the Service (for example financial packages, contracts, disclosures, and photos) are stored in our managed cloud storage with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to users within your workspace who have appropriate permissions, and to authorized Bot Master Pros personnel only as needed to operate, secure, or support the Service. Uploaded documents are processed (including parsing, indexing, and passing to AI models we or our subprocessors operate) solely to provide the features you use them for. Documents are retained while your account is active and are deleted on account or workspace deletion, subject to legal retention obligations. Uploaded documents are not used to train third-party foundation models and are not shared across customer workspaces.

15. Data export and deletion

Customers may export their workspace data in a machine-readable format at any time through in-app export tools or by request. Customers may also request deletion of their account and associated workspace data by emailing Dan@homeprosdenver.com. Verified deletion requests are honored within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements and to backup rotation windows. Anonymized aggregate data derived prior to deletion (see Section 13) may be retained.

16. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

The Service allows customers to connect their own third-party provider API keys (for example ATTOM, RentCast, BatchData, Perplexity, and similar). If you use BYOK:

  • You are responsible for complying with that provider's terms of service, licensing, acceptable use, and any usage or redistribution restrictions.
  • You are responsible for the fees, quotas, and rate limits associated with your own key.
  • Data retrieved using your key is used solely to serve your workspace and is not pooled, redistributed, or shared across other customer accounts.
  • We store your keys encrypted and use them only to make the API calls you initiate through the Service.
  • You may revoke or rotate your keys at any time; doing so may disable features that depend on them.

17. Public records

Public-record data (for example property, ownership, and other publicly available records) that Bot Master Pros LLC collects, cleans, enriches, links, or otherwise processes is part of our proprietary intelligence database. Access to this data through the Service is licensed to you for use within the Service and is not sold or transferred to you. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our proprietary intelligence database or any derivative datasets.
